(1) This Act may be called the “Foreign Exchange (Regulation) Act, 2019”.
(2) This Act shall apply throughout Nepal ………… and Nepal ………. All Nepali citizens living outside and registered in Nepal ……….. Nepal ………. It will also apply to firms, companies, institutions and branch offices and agencies of such firms, companies or institutions located outside.
(3) This section shall commence immediately and the other sections shall commence from the date specified in the notice in the areas designated by the Government of Nepal from time to time by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette.
